Caitlin is a seasoned privacy specialist with deep expertise in interpreting and applying privacy law across various sectors and jurisdictions, including not-for-profit, public sector and university settings.

Extensive in-house experience enables Caitlin to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, fit‑for‑purpose and sustainable solutions which are considerate of operational realties faced by organisations.

Caitlin has a particular interest in digital initiatives, new technologies (including artificial intelligence) and information management, and has advised extensively on vendor risk management, Privacy by Design, and privacy program implementation.

In 2025 Caitlin was recognised as an industry veteran by the IAPP with the designation of Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP). She holds the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E), and Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) certifications and is an active member of the local privacy profession. Caitlin is currently completing a PhD exploring information behaviour in the contemporary digital environment.
